Childcare


Rs. 60 will provide a daily nutritous meal for one child for a week.	Rs. 240 will provide a daily nutritous meal for one child for a month.	Rs. 2,880 will provide a daily nutritious meal for one child for a whole year.

Rs. 2,000 will pay for a display board at one of the balwadis.	Rs. 250 will pay for a wooden story puzzle for one of our childcare programmes.	Rs. 1,500 will buy a baby kit for a creche child (including a crib, bedsheets, blankets, and spare clothes).

Rs. 5,000 will buy cleaning material for one of the creches or balwadis	Rs. 6,000 will help us organise an annual picnic for 60 children.

Rs. 750 will contribute 5 books to the new library at City of Child. We need to buy 1,000 books.	Rs. 30,000 will pay for 15 pairs of solar lights at City of Child and Vidyanagari.	Rs. 6,000 will help us organise a annual picnic for 50 children.


Rs. 10,000 is the annual sponsorship fee for one child on the Aadhar Kendra Child Sponsorship Programme.	Rs. 6,000 will help us organise a picnic for 60 children. We have approximately 360 children on the Aadhar Kendra programme.


Rs. 1,600 will help fund dance, music, drama and fine arts workshops on a regular basis at the Youth Centre.	Rs. 10,000 will fund a 3-month long computer skills and English spoken-language course.


Rs. 5,150 will pay for teaching resources and educational aids for Adult Education classes in one community.	Rs. 9,100 will pay for teaching resources and external examiner fees for Post-Literacy education classes in one community.


Rs. 36,700 will fund 2 health camps in one target community.	Rs. 6,000 will help us buy medical check-up kits for all centres.	Rs. 1800 will pay for a cataract surgery for someone who cannot afford it. (Includes doctor's fees and medicines)


Rs. 200 will sponsor SAM therapy for one month for a person living with HIV.	Rs. 2,400 will sponsor SAM therapy for one year for a person living with HIV.

Rs. 666 will provide a high-protein diet for one month for a person living with HIV.	Rs. 8,000 will provide a high-protein diet for one year for a person living with HIV.


Rs. 600 will pay for planting a tree sapling at Vidyanagari.	Rs. 300 will help us buy toys to improve students' hand-eye coordination and motor skills.	Rs. 2,000 will help purchase sports equipment for Vidyanagari.

Rs. 2,000 will help fund a music room at Vidyanagari.	Rs. 750 will contribute 5 books to the school library and community library. We need to buy 1,000 books.	Rs. 20,000 will pay for a computer that can be used by Vidyanagari students and also local villagers.
