The summit took place at the Jio World Convention Centre and brought together policymakers, innovators, startups, investors, and agricultural experts from around the world. The event was organised by the Government of Maharashtra and serves as a global platform to explore how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies can transform agriculture and improve farmer livelihoods.

Deep Griha Academy was notably the only school represented at this international conference, making the participation particularly significant. The exposure gave students an opportunity to engage with cutting-edge ideas and see how technology, entrepreneurship, and policy intersect to address real-world challenges.

Learning from Global Leaders in Agri-Innovation

The conference centred around the theme of “Women in Agriculture”, highlighting the role of innovation and technology in empowering women farmers and strengthening agricultural communities. Students explored a range of AgriTech innovations and interacted with ideas shaping the future of farming.

Through keynote sessions, startup showcases, and discussions with industry leaders, students learned how artificial intelligence can be used to analyse agricultural data, identify challenges, and design scalable solutions for farmers. The summit also demonstrated how emerging technologies—from data analytics to digital platforms—are reshaping agricultural ecosystems.

Exposure to Entrepreneurship and Pitching

Another key takeaway for the students was observing startup pitches and investor discussions, where innovators presented solutions aimed at improving agricultural productivity and sustainability.

These experiences directly connect with the leadership and entrepreneurship programmes at Deep Griha Academy, where students are encouraged to develop critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experiential Learning Beyond the Classroom

Participating in an international conference of this scale provided students with a unique experiential learning opportunity. It allowed them to see firsthand how technology, policy, and innovation can be leveraged to create social and economic impact.

This exposure reflects Deep Griha Academy’s commitment to preparing students not only academically but also as future leaders capable of engaging with complex global challenges.
